This Friday, November 26, 2021, the general assembly of EHEDG France will take place at the contemporary culinary center in Rennes. This day will provide an opportunity for exchanges among members on hygienic design methods for food processing equipment. Mr. Olivier Barrault, CEO of Elodys International, will speak for 45 minutes on the means and methods to optimize the performance and management of CIP (Cleaning In Place). This presentation will demonstrate that it is possible to reduce the operating costs of CIP and improve the quality of cleaning.
