NEPure

NEPure, a new concept of CIP: CIP hyper-sober and efficient


The traditional NEP station is certainly more efficient than washing in lost solutions, but it still has many limitations and incurs numerous unnecessary costs. We have developed an extremely high-performance innovative new concept: NEPure.​

NEPure is a scalable clean-in-place solution, particularly thanks to specific modules that also allow for customized management of wash processes (TACT).​

Our Ambition:

  • Create a dry NEP with zero water consumption 
  • Decarbonize NEP (primary energies and "low temperature" detergents) by more than 50%​
  • Treat 100% of the COD/BOD at the source​
  • Aiming for quality excellence: custom washes​
  • Drastically reduce washing costs by 50%​

NEPure: "Dry CIP"


NEPure is a completely new design of Clean-in-Place that delivers unmatched performance in terms of cost reduction, quality control of cleaning (customized washes), and especially in terms of environmental footprint, as we aim for a CIP with zero water consumption, very low energy consumption, and maximum decarbonization. 

NEPure is a new generation of highly scalable NEP, with significantly reduced automation costs, and designed to adjust all TACT factors to the precise needs of each object.

Custom TACT Management: Aiming for Quality Excellence

The current CIP stations operate based on uniform TACT criteria. 
NEPure allows for a customized TACT adjustment for each washed item, including based on the type of product manufactured or the duration of the manufacturing runs.  

The carbon footprint of current CIPs is very high

NEPure significantly reduces this footprint by eliminating most thermal losses, allowing for maximum use of available waste energy, greatly reducing electrical consumption for pumping and aeration (STEP), and reduction of detergent consumption.

Regeneration of detergents

NEPure integrates the GreenCIP solution, which allows for the infinite reuse of washing solutions and thus enables the treatment of the entire load at the source.

Evolving and frugal CIP


The NEPure concept allows for frugality in CAPEX needs: tons of stainless steel, margins, and complexity of automation. Great simplicity of the evolution of CIPs.

The NEP is responsible for a large part of the discharges

CIPs are sources of large quantities of effluents: COD/BOD, chlorides, phosphates, ... NEPure allows for treatment at the source of over 80% to even 100%

Significant consumption and costs during washing


The current design of CIPs leads to significant losses and waste: water, energy, cleaning products, time. NEPure allows you to reduce them by more than 50%.
