Green CIP

This software supports the implementation of a continuous improvement approach, involving all relevant teams (Processes, Quality, Projects, Maintenance, Environment…).

OptiClean
This sensor optimizes process cleaning phases. Based on a principle of UV and IR spectrophotometry, it enables real-time measurement of the variation in pollution contained in CIP solutions, thus determining the optimal washing recipe. It also allows for better sorting of washing solutions based on their actual level of contamination, rather than presumed.
Engineering
We have developed strong and unique solutions and expertise that allow us to design particularly efficient Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems due to their high level of simplicity and effectiveness.
