Having an action plan is one thing, but knowing how to implement it while guaranteeing results is another.

This is why, depending on the project's scope, engineering expertise will be necessary to successfully complete it. This engineering is particularly relevant for turnkey deployments, CEP stations, and GreenCIP projects, whether applied to CIP systems, washers, or washing tunnels.

The design of washing systems must meet important requirements to guarantee their effectiveness in terms of equipment cleaning quality. Often, a design or implementation flaw can cause serious disruptions and additional costs.

The initial audit provides for this purpose a diagnosis and an assessment of the practices and needs which make it possible to properly establish the framework of requirements and objectives of the project, including in terms of performance in reducing consumption of water, energy, washing products (caustic soda, nitric acid) and reducing pollution emissions (COD, phosphorus, …).

Indeed, as we know, washing often represents a very large contributor to the pollution load that arrives at the wastewater treatment plant.

We are able to manage turnkey projects and therefore guarantee the performance of the new NEP project.

Recognizing that while the traditional design of CIP (Clean-In-Place) stations is more efficient than total-solution washing, it still has many limitations and generates numerous unnecessary costs, we have developed a new, innovative concept called: NEPure

NEPure is an innovative Clean-in-Place system that incorporates a regeneration process to limit discharges and reduce consumption. Furthermore, this CIP is designed to minimize energy losses as much as possible.

With the use of LoopCIP, NEPure is a scalable and custom-designed installation to adapt to each object.
