Having an action plan is one thing, but knowing how to implement it while ensuring results is another.

C’est la raison pour laquelle, suivant l’ampleur du projet, une compétence d’ingénierie sera nécessaire pour conduire à bien le projet. Cette ingénierie est notamment mise en œuvre dans le cadre du déploiement clé en main, de station NEP ou de projets GreenCIP, que ce soit appliqué aux CIP, aux laveuses ou aux tunnels de lavage.

Le design des systèmes de lavage répond à des exigences importantes pour garantir son efficacité en termes de qualité de nettoyage des équipements. Bien souvent, un défaut de conception ou de réalisation peut être la cause de graves perturbations et de surcoûts.

L’audit initial fournit à cet effet un diagnostic et un état des lieux des pratiques et des besoins qui permettent de correctement poser le cadre d’exigence et d’objectifs du projet, y compris en termes de performance de réduction de consommations d’eau, d’énergie, de produits lessiviels (soude caustique, acide nitrique) et de réduction des émissions de pollution (DCO, phosphore, …).

En effet, on le sait, les lavages représentent bien souvent un très gros contributeur de la charge de pollution qui arrive dans la STEP (Station d’épuration).

This is why, depending on the scale of the project, engineering expertise will be necessary to successfully carry out the project. This engineering is particularly implemented in the context of turnkey deployment, NEP stations, or GreenCIP projects, whether applied to CIP systems, washers, or washing tunnels.

The design of washing systems meets important requirements to ensure its effectiveness in terms of equipment cleaning quality. Often, a design or implementation flaw can be the cause of serious disruptions and additional costs..

The initial audit provides a diagnosis and an assessment of practices and needs that allow for the proper establishment of the project's requirements and objectives, including in terms of performance in reducing consumption of water, energy, cleaning products (caustic soda, nitric acid), and reducing pollution emissions (BOD, phosphorus,…).

Indeed, it is known that washings often represent a very large contributor to the pollution load that arrives at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)..

NEPure is an innovative Clean-in-Place system that incorporates a regeneration process to limit discharges and reduce consumption. Furthermore, this CIP is designed to minimize energy losses as much as possible.

Avec l'utilisation de LoopCIP, NEPure est une installation évolutive et conçue sur-mesure pour s'adapter à chaque objet.

Starting from the observation that the traditional design of NEP stations is certainly more efficient than washing in lost solutions, but still presents numerous limitations and incurs many unnecessary costs, we have developed a new innovative concept called: NEPure

NEPure is an innovative Clean-in-Place system that incorporates a regeneration process to limit discharges and reduce consumption. Furthermore, this CIP is designed to minimize energy losses as much as possible. 

With the use of LoopCIP, NEPure is a scalable installation designed to adapt to each object.
