Since its creation, Elodys International has had innovation at the heart of its DNA

Winner of the eco-industry project call for the study of the regeneration of CIP solutions in the agri-food industry.

Winner of the CRISALIDE award in the ecotechnologies category.

Nominated for the CFIA Innovation Award thanks to the Green CIP process

Elodys International was awarded the "SME Initiative" project call of the ADEME's Future Investments program for its project: "Cleaning of filtration membranes using regenerated alkaline solutions"

The GreenCIP solution is labeled "Solar Impulse Efficient Solution"
This label, established by Bertrand Picard's foundation, Solar Impulse, is awarded to solutions that ensure economic profitability and a significant reduction in environmental impacts.

The OptiClean solution is labeled "Solar Impulse Efficient Solution"
This label, established by Bertrand Picard's foundation, Solar Impulse, is awarded to solutions that ensure economic profitability and a significant reduction in environmental impacts.

Elodys, in partnership with the FOSELEV group, won the CFIA Innovation Trophy in the CSR category for the ECO CIP process.

Optical solution for online monitoring - Data exploitation from CIP and tracking: Opticlean - BARcip

This innovative software application aims to enable monitoring and analysis to improve the economic performance and quality of CIP processes. The management of clean-in-place (CIP) operations is thus jointly monitored by all teams: Process, Quality, Projects, Maintenance, and Environment, following a continuous improvement method, and with the essential support of the Opticlean sensor.

Elodys International has developed, with the support of a Breton research institute (Photonics Bretagne), an optical sensor: OptiClean.
This sensor allows for the optimization of cleaning phases in processes within the agri-food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical sectors. Based on a principle of UV and IR spectrophotometry, it enables real-time measurement of the variation in organic load contained in the cleaning solutions of CIP (Clean-In-Place) systems, thus determining the optimal washing recipe. This provides numerous economic and environmental benefits.

This sensor is also subject to extensive applications in new areas within processes such as evaporators, coagulants,...
Reduction of material losses
Water, energy, and caustic soda savings
Enhanced Quality Control
Reduction of washing times (Productivity)
