Last week, Olivier Barrault, founder and CEO of Elodys International, accompanied industrial clients and a Dutch partner to two sites equipped with GreenCIP technology. The goal was to see these operational installations firsthand, engage with the users, and share their feedback.
These two installations for the regeneration and infinite reuse of detergents, the core of the GreenCIP solution, are successfully operated by our clients in well-defined sectors:
- The first site is located in the dairy sector,
- The second in the production of industrial pastries and baked goods.
The second site, recently put into operation, stands out particularly because, in addition to the classic regeneration of detergents (GreenCIP) within the CIP station itself, this facility also integrates an ambitious water reuse system (REUSE) showing very significant results. Furthermore, this facility has been designed to treat a large portion of process effluents using the same treatment principle as for the regeneration of detergents. This treatment of process wastewater allows for a reduction of up to 60% of the COD load before discharge, thus demonstrating the environmental effectiveness of the overall system.
This day was also an opportunity to involve our new Dutch integration partner, D&S, as well as representatives from the LDC-Marie and Lesaffre Groups, who were interested in these concrete and inspiring feedback experiences.
A big thank you to our Clients for the quality of their hospitality and exchanges, especially Gabriel Maugain and Gaël Leroueille.
